To provide Unlimited Data Hotspot Plans that help to bridge the digital divide between people and access to affordable internet services.

Is this real?

Yes this is real.  Our service provider, Sprint, does not own all of the towers that they provides data service over.  These towers that allow users to connect to Sprint’s network, are owned by third-parties which lease them out to Sprint.  This lease agreement between Sprint and the companies that own the towers added a stipulation allowing organizations that have met certain qualifications, the ability to offer discounted data plans to its members.  The other nationwide cellular conglomerates have similar offerings, but are not as affordable, and the requirements are harder to meet.

How does our service work?

We provide access to affordable, wireless internet, that is free from data caps, and data throttling.  You are able to download as much as you want on the Sprint 4G LTE network, as network de-prioritization, and data limits do not exist.  Through our service contract, membership packages must be purchased to gain access to the network.  These packages contain 12 months of prepaid internet service, starting from the date of receiving your bundled package shipment.  The membership packages come in three different levels: Basic, Premium, and Ultra memberships.

Our Basic plan gives the user access to just the 4G LTE Network, through the Franklin R850 hotspot device.

The Premium plan gives the user access to LTE Plus, 4G LTE, and the 3G Networks, through the ZTE Pocket Wi-Fi hotspot device.

The Ultra plan gives the user access to LTE Plus, 4G LTE, and the 3G through the NETGEAR Gateway 6100D hotspot/router device.

What are the requirements?

Anyone is allowed to purchase the memberships. In addition to the membership, you will receive a hotspot device correlating with the membership plan you choose. The membership lasts 12 months, and the hotspot device is yours to keep forever. Should you want to renew for another 12 months period after your current membership runs out, an invoice will be emailed to you 30 days before your termination date with an option to renew.  If you decide not to renew, and renew sometime after, you are asked to contact us, and we will send out an invoice when you are ready.

How is this different from using my cell phone plan’s data?

Unlimited phone plans are ONLY unlimited for PHONE data use. Unlimited phone plans typically only allow 5-10gb of tethering. (the ability to use the phones data with your computer, tablet, or other connected devices.) That is the equivalent of streaming a couple HD Netflix movies. Unlike an unlimited phone plan, our plans and devices can entirely replace your slow home or office internet solution for an unlimited, unthrottled, high-speed wireless data experience.  Most cell phone plans also limit your speeds drastically once you pass a certain threshold, and this is never done with our service.

How do I renew?

You will be notified through the email you provide at checkout, that your service is about to terminate 30 days prior to the end date. Here you will have the option to renew with an annual renewal price of $249.99 for the next 12 months.

Can the hotspot device replace my home internet?

It sure can.  Instead of paying your overpriced home internet bill, our hotspots are the perfect replacement for you home internet for normal to moderate tasks using internet.  Some of these tasks include web browsing, streaming media, and video chatting.

Can the hotspot device replace my cell phone data?

Yes, if your cell phone has the ability to connect to wi-fi devices (Most can), then you can simply connect your phone to the hotspot, and discontinue your cell phone data plan, or drastically lower it.  To take it a step further, you may even add an app such as Google Voice to replace your stock Phone and Messaging functionality, since the Google Voice app gives you a US Based phone number with unlimited domestic calling and texting for free.

 

WE DO NOT:

Throttle your Data– Some companies claim offer Unlimited Data up to a threshold, and then de-prioritize your download speeds to the 3G network.

Require Periodic Income Verification– Other organizations freeze your service while requiring a random income verification to meet their minimum guidelines.  We do not require proof of income, ever.

Monitor your Data– Many alternative solutions to unlimited internet come with one caveat, they watch what you’re doing while you browse.  They then take your customer profile and sell your internet browsing history to the highest advertising affiliate so that they can collect a more thorough profile of you.

Terminate your Service– Many high-usage internet subscribers have been suspended or terminated to free up network capacity.  We will not discriminate based on your levels of internet usage.  Feel free to download as much as you like, whenever you like.

Shipping and Returns

 

How long does it take for the device to ship?

Our handling time is about 2-3 business days, since we need to activate your account before we ship you the hotspot. Upon activation, all orders are shipped through USPS Priority mail. Typically from the time we receive your order, you can expect your hotspot in 4-5 business days, including Saturdays.

What about returns?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the hotspot. If you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us, and we will expedite the return process.  We will refund the full purchase price of the membership bundle, however an non-refundable activation fee of $39.99 will be deducted to all returns.

 

Activation Fee

Unfortunately due to the nature of our service, we have recently been forced to include a non-refundable $39.99 activation fee for all new orders placed on our site.  This was recently added by our service provider, and is non–refundable on our end as well.  If an order is returned to us, we will still provide Free return shipping, however there will be a $39.99 deduction from the total of your refund amount.
